OVERVIEW

Owner Operator Program
. Dispatched miles are paid on PC Miler, Version 21 Practical 53' trailer routes.

. Singles earn .90 cents per mile, dispatched loaded and empty with our trailer.

. Teams earn .95 cents per mile, dispatched loaded and empty with our trailer.

. We pay .1 cent per mile, for scales and phone calls for directions.

. 0.7 cents per mile paid loaded and empty, to O/O's pulling their own trailer.

. Tolls paid in (IL, IN, OH, PA, NJ, NY, MA, ME, NH, MD, WV, DE, OK, KS) and paid Pre Pass.

. Company paid fuel permits, we file the fuel taxes, O/O's pay the fuel tax.

. Wisconsin plate: $2400.00 deducted @ $100.00 per settlement.

. ( After 3 years of service, the Company pays ½ of the plate )

. ( After 5 years of service, the Company pays for the plate in full )

. Longevity Bonus; .1 cent per mile after 1 year of service and .1 cent per mile after 3 years of service.

. Drop pay: $45.00 ( 1st pickup and last drop are not included )

. Safety Bonus.

. APU idle bonus.

. Physical damage insurance is available: our rate is 1.5% of the tractors value; Bobtail insurance is included in the 1.5% rate. Deductible is $5000.00.

. 99% of our freight is "NO TOUCH"

. Weekly settlements, paper work in by Tuesday am, direct deposit paid Friday pm.

. Rider program: allows a passenger to travel along for 4 trips per year. A passenger release form is required, @ No Charge.

. XATA Satellite Communication System is installed and used @ NO CHARGE.

. A $2000.00 security deposit is required; deducted @ $50.00 from each settlement until the $2000.00 requirement is met. The money is placed is an interest bearing account, refund at final settlement.

. Occupational Accidental Insurance is required; $ 165.00 per month.

. Fuel surcharge; updated weekly, the same rate is paid on dispatched loaded and empty miles.

. Fuel card, fuel discounting program and terminal fuel.

. Tractor no older than 10 years and must be able to scale 45,000 lbs. A certified bobtail weight scale ticket is require at orientation. 2 load locks are required.

. A sign on DOT Tractor inspection is required at our Fleet shop @ NO CHARGE, and annual Dot inspections also to be done at our shop, @ NO CHARGE.

. $75.00 orientation pay, per day for Owner Operators.

. Layover paid after 24 hours, by situation.
