Guaranteed minimum pay package for experienced flatbed drivers
Hornady Transportation located in Monroeville, Alabama has been in business since 1928. We are a flatbed company hauling general commodities that include building materials, steel coils, poles and pipe. We operate east of the Rockies and do not run into Canada or Mexico.
Our System 1 drivers, if qualified, are guaranteed home weekends with 24 - 34 hours of home time. If you want to run more miles, choosing our System 2 will get you home every 10-14 days with 34-48 hours of home time. Our goal for a System driver is to earn a minimum of $50,000. The past few years, our top earners made over $69,000. Ask about our minimum pay for experienced flatbed drivers.
Hornady Transportation continues to upgrade its fleet with new power and trailers. Our new trucks are International 9200 series with air-ride suspensions. Qualcomm communications are included for your convenience, safety and to help you make more money. Our units also have PrePass with EasyPass so scales stops are limited.

Hornady also offers Lease Purchase opportunities. Working towards ownership of a tractor involves no down payment or balloon payment. The entrepreneurs in the Lease Purchase program enjoy home time and freight of their choice. Compensation is 70% of Gross Revenue plus 100% of fuel surcharges. Lease Purchase Contractors are paid weekly by direct deposit or through Comdata without holdbacks for paperwork.
