Jacobson offers warehouse, packaging, transportation & logistic operations throughout the United States.
Company Drivers: When you join the Jacobson Team, you not only receive a competitive pay, you will also enjoy excellent benefits! These include health, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability, paid time off, paid holidays and 401K/Profit Sharing. Runs for Midwest, South and Southeast are now open! Pay averages b/w $800-$1000/wk gross. Short haul pay of $0.16 - $0.25 extra. AND we have a free Rider Program! Other tenured benefits include: 2 wks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, a semi-annual Safety Bonus, an annual increase, and a Referral Bonus is available.
Owner Operators: We have great partnerships for you! We pay 93CPM for all loaded miles and the same for empty miles after 35 miles of each deadhead. We pay 100% Fuel Surcharge on all paid miles. We also offer free Base Plates (w/incentive provisions), free Permits, free Qualcomm, free Passenger Program ...effective the first day of employment (ages 5-65). You also receive Mileage Variance Pay: Additional pay on top of the base pay for loads under 200 loaded miles. $0.25 - 0-100 miles; $0.16 - 101-200 miles. Additional Pay - - Multiple Stop Pay $45 per stop (excluding first and final stops) & $35 per hour after the 3rd hour (max $225); Safety Bonus $0.01 per mile semi-annually (if qualified); Equipment Deposit $1,500, $60 deducted weekly; Orientation Pay $100, hotel, physical, drug screen, and majority of meals provided.

- NE: Statewide okay.
- OH: Columbus & Cincinnati (75 mile radius of each)
- GA: Atlanta area (50 mile radius)
- TX: Dallas & Houston (50 mile radius of each)
