We are currently hiring throughout our system for team drivers and solos wanting to team up for big miles and great pay. The majority of our runs are from the SE to the West Coast and some NE.
In return, you'll get great a great lengths of haul, earn a day off for each week, a late-model tractor, and the support of a smaller carrier with the resources of the largest. Need Haz-Mat? Southern Cal covers the cost of your background check and gives you a raise when you get your endorsement!

Six Paid Holidays!
- Holidays Include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
- After 1 full year of service
- Vacation paid as lump sum with annual increase!
- Blue Cross / Blue Shield
- $18 per week - Single
- $76 per week - Single + 1
- $98 per week - Family
- Active the first day of the month after 90 days of employment
- Dental and Vision coverage are also available
- Paid per quarter
- Teams 10 cents per mile additional after 52,000 miles
- Company matches 50% of your contributions.
- Est. Miles per Week = Solos 2,400 - 3,500, Teams 5,000 - 8,000
